X-Ray Goggles are one of the scam products shown in Greg Heffley's comic book ads making an appearance in The Last Straw and the online book.
Greg buys these goggles to see through clothes as the product's description suggests but it ended up giving him blurry and cross-eyed vision, rendering it useless and caused him to trip over a fire hydrant.[1][2]
