Wild William is a fictional pirate that appears in Hot Mess. Featuring in a ride called Skullduggery Cove in Ruttyneck Island, he was very popular and scary according to Susan Heffley.
Wild William was depicted by an unnamed actor for 3 decades. However, he retired due to getting capsized by a group of children and getting restricted from saying his famous catchphrase. Gary Heffley volunteered to be Wild William but by then they had rebranded due to pirates no longer being seen as popular.
