This unidentified woman is one of the employees working in the stadium during a football game in Big Shot[1]. She works as an usher and is the one who found Greg Heffley out in the open when he was lost.
After finding Greg, she takes him to the Child Finder Station where she and another employee asks Greg a bunch of questions of the last time he saw his father.
