This unidentified pizzeria manager is a man who manages a pizzeria located near Surrey Street. He appears in The Meltdown.
One day as Greg Heffley and Rowley Jefferson are walking home, they go into the man's pizzeria to warm up. However, he kicks them out once he realizes that they're not going to buy anything.[1] Later, Rowley swipes a coupon for two meatball subs and they go back to the pizzeria, buying and using their meatball subs to warm up their hands.[2]
