This unnamed woman is the mother of a first-grader who plays the part of Toto during the play for The Wizard of Oz. She appears in Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
After her son is brought in to the play, she complains to Mrs. Norton about her son crawling on all fours, claiming that it is "degrading", and insists that he still walk on his feet, to which Mrs. Norton assents.[1]
In the online book, Greg criticizes her complaint, saying that she should've thought twice before signing up her kid to dress up as a Scottish Terrier in front of three hundred people if she really thinks that crawling on all fours would be too "degrading."[2]
