Troop 24 (known as Troop 1020 in the online book) is a Wilderness Explorers troop led by Stan Warren.
In The Last Straw, Greg mentions that Troop 24 does more actual volunteering work than Troop 133, which Frank Heffley would probably love. During the drive to the mall, Frank nearly sees Troop 24 who were cleaning the park. However, Greg Heffley distracts him by claiming he saw a bald eagle.
In the film, Troop 24 is more trained with scouting than Troop 133 and are not a nice troop.
