Spencer Howell is an American actor. He voices Rowley Jefferson starting with Diary of a Wimpy Kid Christmas: Cabin Fever, replacing Ethan William Childress.

Spencer Howell began acting at the age of 5, with a leading role in the Meg Ryan film, Ithaca. Since then he has continued to act, appearing in a Showtime/Sony Pilot, Queen Fur, and many commercials, both regional and national, including the award-winning commercial series for Parents Empowered, and "Hoop Head" by Liquid Death. Spencer's latest credit is voicing Rowley Jefferson in the newest installment of Diary of a Wimpy Kid, on Disney+.
In addition to his professional work, Spencer enjoys stage acting through local and school productions. He also takes dance, including hip-hop and musical theater styles, and plays bass clarinet in his award-winning high school marching band.
