This unnamed man is the father of Sheldon Reyes who is mentioned in The Meltdown. Greg Heffley states that when Sheldon tried to snowplow the neighbors' driveways the first time it snowed this winter, he did a lot of damage in Greg's neighborhood before his dad found out his son was using his truck even though he did not have a license.[1]
