Ruttyneck Island is a fictional island that the Heffleys and Susan's sisters visited in Hot Mess.
Description[]
The family attended the island after Gramma asked for a photo in front of the island's lighthouse for her 75th birthday. In reality, she just wanted a break from her family.
Ruttyneck Island is only accessible by boat. It has beaches, as well as significant development and growth.
It was where Susan Heffley and Frank Heffley first met.
