This unnamed man is the owner of Rory in Greg's story, Rory Screws Up. He appears in Rodrick Rules.
Every time Rory makes a mess or breaks things, he is seen yelling at him. One day Rory, thinking he was a genius after ringing the doorbell on accident the other day overhears his master saying that his car broke to his wife. After hearing this, Rory tries to fix his car only damaging it further more which leads to him being yelled at by his owner.
