Prudence is the wife of the human head, Anders in Rowley Jefferson's Awesome Friendly Spooky Stories.[1] She is a veterinarian and resides a pleasant life with her family in Elmsford.
When February arrived, everyone was incredibly hyped about the big Valentines Day Dance at Ander's school. However Anders and Gunther were too timid to ask anyone out and shortly after everyone had been paired up. That all changed the week before Valentines Day as Prudence switched schools and she was so stunning that the guys already paired up were rueing doing it. Anders and Gunther were apprehensive at first to ask Prudence out but they ultimately determined to team up by combining their body and head in order to persuade her to head to the dance accompanied by them. After Anders and Gunther persistently rehearsed asking Prudence out in the mirror, they finally got the courage to do so and she said yes.
Anders and Gunther were ecstatic and on the night of the event, they ensured to show up at Prudence's house stylish. During the dance, Prudence, Anders and Gunther hung out at the refreshments table briefly and Anders told Prudence some jests he practiced to impress her which she found delightful. Once the music began cranking, Gunther suddenly started dancing and he impressed everyone especially Prudence by having remarkable dancing moves. Before long, the party was in high gear and Anders initiated a conga line with Prudence joining in; this led to catastrophe as Anders and Gunther got distracted and abruptly rammed into the refreshments table disclosing to Prudence that they were two people. Prudence was vexed at the guys for not being honest but she swiftly forgave them after Anders apologised. For the rest of the night, Prudence slow-danced with Gunther while Anders was omitted by the cookie platter.
Following that night, Anders and Gunther suddenly started brawling for Prudence's attention; Prudence didn't mind this as she admired the guys for different reasons and on Friday nights she would roller skate with Gunther while on Saturdays she would head to a cinema or museum with Anders. Anders gradually started missing hanging out with Gunther and so to repair their friendship Anders allowed Gunther to ask Prudence out; that night Gunther headed to Prudence's house with a bouquet of flowers to proclaim his true love for her however Prudence ultimately rejected him. Gunther was left devastated and he ultimately transformed into the Headless Horseman who terrorises young couples on Valentine's Day. Prudence dated Anders all throughout High School up until they transported to colleges in different states. Prudence and Anders both reunited after graduating and raised a family in Elmsford. Prudence became a veterinarian while Anders became an accountant. While they weren't as prominent as the Headless Horseman, they both made an impact in the town they lived in.
