Patricia and Tony Heffley are the parents of Benjy and the aunt and uncle of Greg's parents . They often brag because their son, Benjy Heffley, is able to read books when he was not even potty trained yet. Tony is actually the maternal grandson of Uncle Bruce and the cousin of Terrence Heffley and the great nephew of Gammie.
