One Lick Ice Cream Reviews is a social media account created by Greg Heffley in Hot Mess as a means of gaining popularity as an influencer.
Greg bases it around single taste ice cream reviews since it was a unique gimmick that reinvented the format. For his first video, Greg went through a few stores who were unwilling to lend him over free samples just for being an influencer.
Once he found a store who was willing to lend him free scoops, he uploads his first review to minimal success prompting him to convert his profile to a picture of him and Dazzle for some free publicity.[1]
