Number one paper slips are a gag created by Rodrick Heffley and Ward to impress girls at parties. They appear in the online book.
If any girl asked their number of arrival at a party, Rodrick and Ward would show them their paper slips as a gag, since the girl was obviously referring to their phone number.[1]
