Mrs. Dowd

Mrs. Dowd is a minor character who appeared in the online book and had an unnamed appearance in Rodrick Rules.

Greg Heffley and Rowley Jefferson appear trespassing on her lawn and she reports them presumably to Vice Principal Roy, claiming "There are some thugs outside my house sporting 'gang colors'." This was because Greg was testing the extent that Rowley would go to mimicking him so he slightly pulled up one of his trouser's legs and put a bandanna there.[1]

In the online book, Greg and Rowley walk through her lawn because the sidewalks are flooded with melted snow. Greg is surprised by her reaction in calling the police, especially since they have delivered 50 Meals on Wheels to her this summer, presuming the reason to be his 13th birthday.[2]
