Mr. Tupa is a teacher at Greg Heffley's school who appears in No Brainer.[1]
When multiple members of staff try snatching away Mrs. O'Harris's miniature stapler so they could speak during a school staff meeting, Mr. Tupa ends up with the stapler attached to his ear and has to see the nurse over it.
