Mr. Blakely is Greg's English teacher during the events of Hard Luck.
He wants his class to write in cursive but Greg is bad at it, so he bribes Rowley into writing it for him in exchange of a peanut butter cracker for every page he transcribes.[1]
In the yearbook, Greg edits his photo to make fun of him but hopes he won't be too mad when he sees this. It's unlikely that it got published since it wouldn't be approved by the other teachers.[2]
