Lower Surrey Street is an informal subsection of Surrey Street covering the bottom part of the street. It lies directly below Upper Surrey Street, which is on a hill. It appears in The Meltdown.

Because of its flat surface, it has a rivalry with Upper Surrey Street, which is on a hill. They tend to be more athletic because of their flat portion of the street. The kids from the street apparently started a war between the two streets, this war turned into a free-for-all when the Mingo kids and the Whirley Street Kids joined the war.
