This unnamed woman is a tour guide for the Heffleys to the lighthouse at Ruttyneck Island, she was assigned to be the guide for the 10 a.m. tour. She was asked questions and gladly answered them, making the trip very long.
Aside from her job of being a tour guide, she is also trained to help people that freak out in the middle of a tour, as she carried Greg Heffley down to the bottom of the lighthouse because he got scared in his tour.
