The Lighthouse tour is a guided exploration of the Ruttyneck Point lighthouse. It appears in Hot Mess.
After the Heffleys narrow down family activities they could all enjoy to mini golf and a tour, the tour ends up winning.
Once they arrive, Susan Heffley manages to cut in line by snagging the last 10am tickets online which everyone waiting isn't too pleased about. Rodrick vends his ticket off to someone at the end, but before Greg can do the same, Susan thwarts his plan.
During the tour, the guy is extremely interested about the lighthouse and he drags it out by asking multiple questions to the guide. The customers who had to wait further tried eavesdropping on the tour but Susan disrupted them so they couldn’t listen.
After ascending the stairs which is congested by the 9:30 group, Greg has to be transported out of the lighthouse due to him dreading going through that again.
Aside from the tour, there was also a gift shop filled with merchandise.[1]
