Kaptain Klobber is a character that appears in the comic, Action Fighterz, which was created by Rowley Jefferson. It appears in the Do-It-Yourself Book.
He was shown to be fighting another character named Mr. Puncho where he smacks Mr. Puncho on the head with a skillet. However, Kaptain Klobber is incredibly slow at swinging his skillet for some reason and takes four comic strips just to defeat Mr. Puncho.
He seems to be fighting Mr. Puncho again in the next comic.
