This unidentified family appeared as major antagonists in The Getaway. The Heffleys accidentally took the unidentified family's suitcase. They later used their clothes to get into a restaurant in Isla de Corales. The unidentified family reported them to security and the Heffleys were taken out from the resort. However, they returned the next day and after seeing them again, the family reported them to security again, which resulted in the wall separating the Mild Side and the Wild Side being taken down in a stampede while Greg was trying to make his escape.
