The Ice Fortress is an ice fort being protected extremely well including being surrounded by strong walls and a hidden door only a person with a kind heart can open. It is where Santa Claus resides in during the summer in Rowley Jefferson's Awesome Friendly Adventure.
During the events of Awesome Friendly Adventure, the One-Eyed Wizard makes up a lie and hypnotizes Mrs. Nettles to make her tell Roland, who has a kind heart and is the key to open the door, that his mother has been kidnapped by the White Warlock who was really Santa to make him go on a adventure to lead him towards the Ice Fortress thus opening the door. Later, one of Santa's elves, Shae'Vana figures out the One-Eyed Wizard is Santa's lost brother looking for revenge and not helping Roland and his gang on saving his mom so she takes his map and his eye and searched for the Ice Fortress to warn her boss about him. Once arriving there, she tries to find the secret entrance but fails to and it didn't took long for Roland's gang to catch up. Roland unexpectedly opens up the door creating an entrance. The One-Eyed Wizard betrays them and reveals the truth to Roland causing a battle to ensue between the One-Eyed Wizard and Righty against Santa and Roland's gang. The One-Eyed gets the upper advantage and was winning during the beginning of the battle and ended up trapping everyone and defeating Santa until out of nowhere Roland's mom appears and prevents their death. The One-Eyed Wizard took a step towards her but was stabbed and turned into a good guy by Roland, not letting anything bad happening to her. This ends the battle with everyone going back home.
