This recording is a VCR tape of a holiday special that was recorded by the Jefferson family. It appears in Cabin Fever.[1]
The special was recorded when it was broadcasted during a "severe weather" warning, causing the announcement to become a permanent part of the VCR recording. Greg Heffley says that whenever Rowley Jefferson watches it, he calls him in a panic believing that the warning is real, though Greg stopped believing him after he called to warn him during summer vacation.
