The Guzmans are a household with at least two people on Surrey Street who own about eleven dogs. They are mentioned in The Meltdown.
At one point while Greg Heffley and Rowley Jefferson were heading to school with Greg wearing pizza boxes as his boots, the Guzmans' dogs approached them and chewed on the pizza boxes as there were still a few slices of pizza inside.
Later in Battle of Surrey Street, Trevor Nix tells the Upper Surrey Street kids that the Lower Surrey Street kids were making snowballs in the Guzmans' yard. The Upper Surrey Street kids staged an ambush and realized that Trevor had double-crossed them.
