Gino is a character who appeared in The Meltdown. He's a kid that lives in Greg Heffley's neighborhood and is assumed to be around 7-years-old.[1]
Biography[]
When Greg's describing some of the various families that live in his neighborhood (particularly when it comes to their kids), he says that there's a duplex on his street that houses two separate families. Greg goes on to explain how the two families that live in the duplex hate each other and are often seen fighting -- Greg admits that he can never remember which kids belong to which family and that the only kid he actually knows of by name is a little boy named Gino, and the only reason that Greg knows his name is because the kid appears to have his name tattooed on his arm (even though Greg figures that he can't be any older than 7 or something).
