Girls Rule! is a comic created by two girls named Tabitha Cutter and Lisa Russel. It appears in Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Diary of a Wimpy Kid Do-It-Yourself Book and its successor.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid[]
The comic stars two girls (Tabitha and Lisa) and its theme revolves around girls being superior to guys. When Greg Heffley turns in his comics, he notes the strip in the pile of comics including Girls Rule!, from other kids who are trying out for the job. He says that he isn't too worried, as most of the comics are pretty bad.[1]

First comic[]
A boy named Tyler Green walks near Tabitha and Lisa's table, which results in the two chastising him and telling him he isn't cute. He then falls down, and the girls laugh and say "girls Rule!"
Second comic[]
In the second comic, Tabitha and Lisa are sitting near the school wall and meet with Amanda who asks if she can sit with them. The girls rejects her because she didn't have a phone and wore the same earrings from the day before. Just then, a ball hits Amanda and two boys demanded her to throw their ball back. One of the girls gets up and throws the ball at the boy's stomach, telling him to call Amanda by her real name. The three of them hold hands together and say "girls Rule!"
