Oliver Twist is a real-life book written by Charles Dickens and published in 1839. It appears in The Third Wheel.
When Greg imagines him as an unborn baby he believes his mother read it to him and later at school he wished he had listened to his mother reading it and try to rethink. It is possible this isn't true because Greg wasn't even born yet.[1]
