Extreme Sports Stix were a new lunch item at Greg's school in Cabin Fever and were part of a line of assorted healthy foods that replaced items that the school deemed to be unhealthy. These replaced the french fries, and despite the exciting name and packaging for this product, it didn't take long for everyone to figure out that they are just normal sliced carrots.[1]
