Cutter is one of the members that is part of the Juicebox's gang. He is a physically disabled boy and seems to be permanently in a wheelchair. He appears only in The Deep End.
Cutter meets up with Juicebox's gang shortly after Greg Heffley joins the gang. He goes fishing with the guys in a shallow river, where they have debates about many different kinds of ridiculous hypothetical scenarios. During one of the debates of whether it would be better to fight a shark with the bottom-half of a human and top-half of a shark, or a human with the bottom-half of a shark and top-half of a human, the situation quickly turns heated, escalated into an argument. Later, this turns into a physical fight, where he is one of the guys who participates in it. The fight shortly ended with the group moving on to other activities. The group devises a prank by constantly squirting a guy taking a shower in the bathhouse with shampoo. However they were shortly caught after Cutter laughed. After losing sight of the guy, they went to the field to play games which involved someone to get hurt. Despite his mischief, he is one of the more loyal members of the gang, suggesting a punishment for anyone who snitches, though Juicebox would renege.
