This unnamed woman is the manager of the Butterfly Garden (formerly the Skullduggery Cove) on Ruttyneck Island.
When Gary Heffley went to Ruttyneck Island to replace the job of Wild William in Skull-duggery cove to be the private of the manager told him that they re-branded the Skull-duggery cove to Butterfly Garden.
