This unnamed person is a teenager or young adult who works with a company called Cool Brian that provides mentorship for young boys. He appears in The Ugly Truth.[1]
Another Cool Brian employee is hired to hang out with Rowley Jefferson after he breaks up with his best friend Greg Heffley, with their activities mostly consisting of tossing around a football or Frisbee. One day, when he is unable to hang out with Rowley, the replacement Brian is sent instead, with Rowley seemingly unaware that he is a different person.
